If you're referring to the down stream sensor i recommend having a muffler shop weld in a bung for the sensor to your set up instead.

When you say bank 1 sensor 2 and its a fed spec i get confused,

Fed specs still have an o2 sensor after cat which is one im talkin about. ...but will it still function right since i no longer have cat for it to read gases of?

If it is a sim or a nonfouler, it doesn't matter if it is before or after the test pipe for it's the same exact emission reading. That test pipe isn't cleaning up any exhaust fumes.
