Bad Driver side wheel bearing

Hearing a humming side on the front driver side of the max. Speeds greater than 50 mph. It gets louder with increasing speed. 85K miles and I'm suspecting a bad wheel bearing.

How do you change it? I see there are 4 big bolts on the wheel spindle.

Looking for a decent quality replacement bearing. Any recommendations?
