Nistune tech ?

I just finished installing a new engine and was working on the initial start up. I updated nistune just yesterday. (nistune was previously installed and operating fine)
I had a fuel line leak and my cam sensor connector was loose and all this time I was getting normal fuel prime. Fired the car with an old map and it started right up but died before I could get the K constant adjusted.

I had to leave for an appointment. When I came back and started at it again I had no fuel prime. I checked the pump, and it operates. I dont have voltage at the tank. I pulled the fuel relay and its good to go. I checked the power and ground coming to the relay and I am not getting an ecu signal to the relay....

Any ideas?

When you turn the key on does the check engine light up or see lights turn on on side of ecu?
