I just believe the Capitol clocks were a little off. Your run at MIR with a 2.1 60' makes more sense with the 14.17 time but a 14.19 with a 2.3 60' is a little extreme. I know thats what the slip said but everyone I've talked to said MIR was a faster track. According to your time at Capitol if you were to pull a 2.1 60' on the 14.19 run it would have been 13.8-13.9 stock which is a little extreme. Your run is the fastest stock 02-03 time posted to date though.

JP - When you run, what's your setup? Tire pressure? Slicks? Launch technique?

I had full interior and tire pressure was at 30psi. I have 245/45/17 pirellies on stock rims. Yes there oversized but that's what was on the car when i brought it. I honestly have know idea what i launch at. I never have held it at a steady rpm. I normally feather it until i feel the tires caught and then i punch it, and shift through every gear as fast as i can, and pray that i don't miss a gear. I basically just try to fell the car out. Thats the best way i can put it

Thanks for the info! I feather it too but I think I'm hanging on the clutch too long. I think I picked that up from too many bad launches at 75-80.
