New PB: 14.469 @ 95.58 2k2 GLE Auto

Started the night out bad, had a 14.85, 14.71, 14.707, then found some traction and went 14.51, 14.55, then 14.469. Awsome night, specially the last race. It was against a WRX with some mods (dont know what). He got a good light, so did i, but he has AWD. Killed me on the 60' but then it was all me gainin on him. I ended up passing him for a win: Me = 14.469 WRX = 14.494. Great race.
Here's the info on my new PB:

R/T: .666
60': 2.285
330': 6.149
1/8: 9.347
MPH: 78.62
1000: 12.114
1/4: 14.469
MPH: 95.58

Mods:
-Straight pipe
-Custom 2.5 inch piping cat-back
-Straight thru muffler
-UR Underdrive pulley
-Custom CAI (ram air sorta thing)
-K&N Filter
-Drop resistor mod

Great work on beating your PB ! you have an easy 14.3 in the car, just need to find that magic spot in the track and nail a 2.1 sixty foot.

i have been seeing lots of wrx's at the track ... and usually is a good match up with a low 14 second max of course some are much slower ?

that awd is crazy .. last time i was out i was destroyed in the 60 foot by a wrx that ran a 14.0 at like 95 or 96 mph...lol

good job !!

Ya I need new tires that hook up good. I cant get better than a high 2.2 sixty foot time. But 14.4 is two tenths off my old time, so I'm pleased!

ya I'm workin on hookin up the tires... best 60' time is a 2.238 so far, and if I could cut .1 off that, well 14.2 sounds about right. Now for the big purchase of the summer: Hotshot Headers. They'll come eventually, provided no unplanned expenses come up. That should make for 14.1's or 14.2's even with my same 60' time I would think. I've seen the dynos and hp/tq gains are all over the RPM spectrum, so that power comin from everywhere should make for a nice, fast Max
