16" Drag slicks from M&H

found this thread on the the RSX forum, they are trying to get a custom run of 16" slicks made, because 16" slicks basically dont exist, and if they do, I sure havent seen any that will come close to fitting a max.

15's fit just have to have the right wheel/offset. Myself and Jime both run 15" wheel setups.

i knew you both were running 15s but somewhere along the line i got the impression that both of you had done a 2k1 brake swap so that you had small enough rotors and enough clearance from the caliper to run them. i must be crazy.

hehe....I might have a passion for drag racing but swapping to smaller brakes that sounds scarey. As Jime said there is probably only an 1/8" gap in between the ID of the wheel and the caliper. Its a tight squeeze but we made it work .

Jim what is the offset on your K1's? I need to order a set from tirerack but I want to make sure they carry the correct offset to clear the 02-03 brakes.

I'm not sure Matt, I think they are 35 but I got them used from a fellow org member in Wash State.

Just checked they are +38.
