well yesterday i finally made it too the track with my 99, i ran a best of 13.14@105.7 with a 2.1 60'. I had so much lag with my 26X9.5 hoosiers....then i got home and she started too knock from the bottomend....here are the mods

JWT ECU (boost prog.,7200k,9:1comp,cams,555cc,z32) still running stock comp/cams
t3/t4 with stage 5 turbine
505cc inj
safcII
6spd trans/stock 6spd clutch (holding up awesome)
full 3"down and exhaust
00VI with 2k2 TB modded to work
FMIC
running 12psi untuned

 

I assume you have spare vq30's laying around. Whats the plan now? DEK?

Damn these 3.5 heads fit well on a 3.0

But the DET crank and rods DO fit well in a VQ35 block
