12.4 @ 109 Naturally Aspirated 3.5 95 auto

Wasn't a great day for winning, I went out second round but I did get a PB and my fastest 60' as well, a 1.85 on the new 23" M&H slicks from a 2500 RPM launch.

This was also done on the stock intake manifold using stock settings for the opening and closing of the power valve. I think that is why the trap is slower than my 12.5 but it does make for a better launch.

How much is left? Some I think, yesterday was 70 deg and some headwind so I think I can squeeze maybe a 12.3 but thats pretty much it. Next is a 150 shot of the good stuff, but that may not happen until next year depending on how ambitious I am this month.

I have now put 182 runs on the stock auto trans in the 3.5 and its holding fine, shifts are still very crisp and chirps the slicks on the 1-2.

PS The second slip is from a 2nd gear launch when I forgot to reset my auto shifter, not to shabby for 2 gears.

Congrats, nice times. You car must be pretty light, on that same 60 ft time I was 3 tenths slower in the 1/8th mile than you.

Is there a possibility of running 11's all motor???

I'm sure with a better IM and some more tuning it will drop .1-.2

Nice run Jim.

I sure wish I could have been out there in the fall weather but I'm done for the year.
