Ya like the old saying, "There ain't a horse that can't be rode and there ain't a man that can't be throwed."

Unlike the civic I do drive my car to the track but still its fast for N/A. This was the fastest car against the slowest car (me) left in the semi-finals.

Next year I am changing classes, there is no way I can compete N/A against 11 sec cars.

jime no kidding a worked up lightweight civic will move in the n/a class, also have to worry about rotary powered mazda rx2's over here in NZ. Light body and high on horsepower & RWD.

still very impressive on your part ! 12 second maxima on the loose ! great video to.

Sure, I downloaded it from here. http://guelphracing.nstemp.com/impor...oct7video.html

I don't have any of my own video's this year, just the ones that some of the forums have posted of the events I was in.

How about dropping your drivetrain into a lighter car, something like a B13 sentra . I'm sure you could gut the car down to around 2100-2200lbs which is probably about 200-300lbs lighter than your max.

I did out r/t him even though it was a .400 pro tree. My car doesn't come out of the hole fast enough even with a 1.8 60' to do any better than a .100 on that tree. Impossible to red light.

Nismo87SE. 200-300 lbs would only drop my et by .4 maximum. I would have to drop like 800 lbs to drop my et my a second to make me competitive. Even the Honda's are running more than 1800 lbs gutted to the hilt.

3.5 Engine swap.

Powertrain & Exhaust Stuff:

Hotshot Headers, JDM Cams, Budget Cat-Back, Vibrant Muffler, 3400 Stall Converter.

Suspension\Wheels\Tires:

GC Coilovers,

M&H 23x7.5x15 Slicks on Kosei K1 15x7's

Instrumentation:

Greddy Emanage Ultimate, Tech-Edge Wideband.

Weight Reduction

RCI Racing Seats, Lightweight Battery, Empty the trunk, hmm ya I guess thats weight reduction.

Race weight 2740.

so from what im reading, the main thing is the engine and e management that is doing all this. the rest is just basic bolt ons for power. Very nice tuning
