98 with a 3.5 swap
More or less full trim. I take out stuff that is easy to take out. I normally take out my spare and jack, and the floor mats...and that's it. I have debated on making the car a full race can and gutting it, but that has not happened yet.
Like I stated earlier the only thing I changed this turn compared to last time is that I took my SSIM off and put my stock 3.5 intake manifold back on (I do have NWP spacers and block off plate but I had those on the SSIM too). I finally got a decent 60' time too. I had normally been around 2.0x. The track is 2 hours away for me so when I got there I teched in and put my slicks on and got in the lanes. I hot lapped 4 passes. My first three passes were between 13.1-13.3 @105-106. Finally on my 4th pass I ran a 12.95 @ ~106 (I cant find this slip right now so I don't have the specifics). Now that I reached my goal of getting in the 12's all motor I let the car cool off for about and hour or so before I ran again. Here is my full slip from my 5th and final run of the evening....I am super happy with this. The only weight reduction done was removal of the spare tire and jack.
Rt .424
60' 1.795
330 5.289
1/8 8.212
mph 84.29
1000 10.704
1/4 12.805
mph 106.95
*something else that I thought was funny is that I could really feel the 60' in my stomach...it made me feel like I was going to puke when I finally got below 1.9

You guys want to come down for a weekend in the county and boost this thing????
That's awesome Carson - You're getting some great times! You could always leave that one N/A and buy my '98
Reluctantly, I just sold the '95 to a good friend of mine locally and decided to put the '98 up for sale now too.
