Just got my Maxima back from transmission repair man. Seems
to be fine except for one thing. When I put in reverse there
seems to be a pause (or slip) between the time I shift into
reverse and the time that the car actually starts moving backwards.
This doesn't happen everytime I put it in reverse--only after I
park the car and cut the motor off. -ex: I get in, start car, put
in reverse and the slip happens. I put into drive, let car move forward, stop, put it into reverse again and no slip. Any
suggestions?
