where can I find new or rebuilt/used engines for maxima?

I have one with 40K actual miles. Run on Mobil One since break-in. 4000 mile changes with filter. It came out of a Maxima I rolled over a few years back. It has a new, unused timing belt on it and a new water pump. I've been saving it for a decent Z31 chassis, but I will sell it. I also have another one with 2700 actual miles, in a Z31 that has been in storage. The chassis on that car is a botched rebuilder done in the 1980s, and never finished. I'm pretty proud of it, but it is available, too.
