Z Car Injector Swap

Hello All!

In keeping with the Z car ECU swap theme, would there
be any advantage to using Z car injectors?

Will they even work?

I have a chance to get six new 86 Z car injectors for a
good price... I'd be using them on my 86 Wagon.

Thoughts? Concerns?

Thanks!
Scott

No, I don't believe there will be any advantage. In all likelihood, they're the same exact injectors as those on your current engine. The stock injectors are rated for a pretty high amount of horsepower, I can't remember the exact figure, but if you're not planning on building up your engine or going turbo, your current injectors will be able to keep up.

Didn't VG30ET motors have larger injectors though? Or is that just an assumption?
