Wow, I can't believe no one has responded to this post yet! Well, I will in order to rack up my 500th post.
Anyway, Carparts.com has them, they cost anywhere from $35-70. The $35 one says that it's remanufactured, so you might not want to get that one. I'm not sure if the other ones are remanufactured or not, it doesn't say that they are, but considering how cheap they are they might be. If you can get a brand new one at those prices that would be your best bet. Carparts.com isn't the only place to get one, you could get them from any auto parts store. Shop around and try and get the cheapest price. The internet might be the cheapest, but you also have to pay for shipping.
As for brands, I haven't really heard of any of them. I would imagine they'd all peform equally well. If you can get one for cheap (and if they still have them), a Nissan water pump would be the best choice. Check your local dealer or go to http://www.nissanparts.cc and type in the part number.

I usually use Napa parts. They get about $40 for a NEW water pump, and about $20 for the timing belt. If have a AAA card, you get a discount of about 7-10% depending on what you buy. And no, I don't work for Napa. They just seem to have consistent quality parts in my experience, and they're really not much, if any, more expensive than many of the "discount" auto parts chains.
