Injectors not functioning tho Ecu is fine

So i've got an '81 wagon which up and died one day. I can't totally pinpoint the problem tho, so i'm asking for anyones opinion on the issue. The symptoms are basically as follows: The fuel pressure is fine but there is definitely something wrong with the injector triggering. The ecu was tested and it is fine. So, what else could be causing this problem? I know it could just be the wiring, but are there any other systems that tie into the ECU that could affect this such as the thermotime switch? Any insight, comments or off-the-wall remarks are welcome.

Are they not firing at all? I had a low-mile 280Z once that had injector problems. Rough idle, and loss in power but it ran fine. Some say that injectors just go bad with age. They fire a bad mixture. Also, I've heard of people removing the injector plugs and cleaning them with special electrical contact cleaner. Then the car runs much better for a year or so untill corrosion builds up again.

The injectors aren't working at all. No cylinder even hints at igniting, though i am getting spark. I'm thinking its the wiring harness maybe to the ecu.

Ok, you're probably right. If none of them ever fire, then they probably are just not getting a signal to open up. I think there is also a "Fuel injection Relay" somewhere in that car. Check that relay and the connections on it. That might trigger the FI system to get power. Possibly a fusable link or just a fuse? I'm sure you looked at that already. Check all your connections on or near the distributor. I think that the sensor that tells the computer where the L24 is on its rotation is somewhere on the distributor...

Yeah, I was wondering about the crank position sensor (i think that's what it is called?). I've checked the fuses and they are ok.
