ebay intake

will this filter and adaptor fit a 87 SE? I figured it was worth a try, but the years are all screwed up...it has a few second gen years, then the third gen years....anyone have experience with this or know for sure whether or not it would work...and even better, do you have any installed pictures? Thanks.
Carson

That will work, but you may have to drill new holes on the MAF plate (I had to on mine). This will definately work, but I'd save up for the CAI route.

It's not at all to difficult, it depends on the MAF plate you get. Some will have the holes in the proper place, some won't. As long as you use the correct type of bit, it shouldn't be that hard to do.

Yeah it does not sound hard at all...I am just hoping this one will come ready to go on with no drilling....its not fun puttion on mods in the winter and I am very impatient when it comes to moding a car so it will get done on a really cold night I am sure.

Yeah, you can probably do the drilling indoors. Just take the MAF out of the car, but that involves a little bit of work in the removal.
