Did a few things today.

Installed a synthetic aluminum dash kit....wish it was real aluminum, but this isn't bad. Also use red wireloom in the engine bay as well. Not bad for about 3-4 hours worth of work getting everything figured out and done. Getting the dash kit to line up was a *****!

Here are some pics for your enjoyment:

Optima RedTop and Grounding Kit I installed a few weeks back

Engine bay with Red Wireloom (I need to take off that gold plate....it just looks out of place now.....)

Another shot of the Wireloom, ground kit and battery

WWW.exoticwooddash.com you can buy either the flat kit or you can send your pieces to the company and they will custom coat them. There minimum amount for the custom coating is $200. They charge .95 per square inch. It roughly comes out to 210 square inches. Whatever the piece is measure the length times width and then multiply by .95 and you will get the price for that piece. I just sent 20 interior pieces to get custom coated myself and should have them back in about 2 weeks. I will post pics once I get them.

Actually, I still have my stock one. I got that gold on from a friend, but now with the color scheme, it kinda stands out a little...a bit too bling bling if you know what I mean. I dunno what I'm gonna do yet though. I may just leave it alone.

Thanks! Well to add to it, I have a set of custom MSD 8mm helicore wires to install. Though one problem. I thought they were red, but they are blue actually. So it may stand out...but then again, the wires I have on now (cheesy 7mm wires) are also blue and they weren't all that noticeable.

That came stock on my car along with the rear lip spoiler. Junkyard is probably your best bet for one of those.

It's kind of disappointing to hear the MSD wires aren't red, thats kind of strange.

Looking really good!

Is is a good place to look but most Ive seen are either dug into the ground or warped from its time being in the junk yard. I gave up on that a long time ago.

Well, looking at my car a little closer, I have the same spoiler, I think yours looks bigger due to camera angle and having it flat black, right now mines body color. And flaking paint at that, doesn't look very sporty at all.

Probably is the camera angle that makes it look bigger. Mine will be painted soon to match the rest of the car of course. Also, I'm selling the MSD wires....they have the wrong connector ends on them....which I found out after the fact I made one...and they are a pain in the *** to make just one wire! Probably gonna ask for $50 for them and just go out and get some NGK wires.
