has anyone had problems with their antenna? mine isn't working right. It won't go all the way up when i turn the radio on and doesn't go all the way down when I turn it off. Also, i can hear the motor working but the antenna not moving.

any ideas about this? and where can i get an affordable motorized antenna if i do have to replace it?

Hmmm, sound like your mast maybe bad. Mine believe it not works great still! Anyway's, your first best bet is a junkyard, otherwise I'd check with a dealer. Some parts stores have cheap replacements, but often they aren't automatic.

Yeah, I was thinking that i should check out the junkyard this weekend. Is the mast fairly easy to take off? the radio still works, so it's not a pressing issue. I was just curious.

 

Actually, I hear the mast is a PITA to get too. You have to get a bunch of stuff out of the way. So plan on taking some time to do it.
