Ouch! My to do list keeps growing!
Well I'm doing some work on my car, but the list seems to keep growing. Yesterday, I was putting on damplifier on my drivers door (stuff that's like dynamat), and well, after I finished that, I found out two things, I can't lock all doors with the key, I have to press the little lock button inside first, then lock the drivers door. Also my needles for my gauges, as well as the heater control panel won't light up when I turn on my lights. Oddly the fuse is fine and the rest of my lights work fine.
Then today, I replaced my O2 sensor, checked the ECU, and I threw a Crank Angle Sensor, and CHTS code. I was swearing a storm! I cleared the ECU and they haven't come back yet, but I'm gonna keep an eye on it. My A/F ratio is off too. When I get to the section were to check if both light blink simutaneously, or both alternately, the red light stays on. I'm not sure if my maf is adjustable because where the plug should be, it looks to be metal. So I may need to invest in a new maf....fun.
Plus my timing belt is way past due, and I still can't get the ***** to do it. After doing the UDP, it doesn't look to be as hard as I thought, but still, not really digging it. :P
Other than that, I got to put down more damplifier...that stuff rocks. It took out the creaking noises in the door and the sound is better. I got my new amps on the way, the PPI PC 4800, and the PPI PCX-2125. Going to go to the track next weekend, so I'm hoping for good numbers.
I'll keep you all posted of my progress.
