Window pain
What's going on?
Well, I have a bit of a problem. Some *** thought it'd be fun to break into my Max and then had the nerve to only take my discman and leave all the cd's. What a freakin' dumb ***!!!!
Anyway, I've got to get the window replaced and wanted to know how much of a pain would it be to put it in myself. It's the small rear panel, you know the one that doesn't open with the Maxima decal on it. I figure I'll just get a replacement from the junk yard.
Any thoughts, input, experience with this would be helpful.
Thanks!
Ty

hmm... slinding windows aren't bad, I know that cos a spiteful neighbor didn't like the fact that I parked in front of the house (I park along the street) cos she normally parks there... and lo and behold, the next day my window was busted in. that's ok though, one fingerprint of hers on my sentra and that's the end of her oldsmobile..anyway... fixed glass... I dunno how bad that is to do. I'm not exactly sure what holds it in.

you'll have to take apart your door for sure...
with mine i just halfassed it and stuck a sheet of lexan in there since the door is all mangled on that side anyways and the stock glass would be the wrong shape
have fun
