stabilizer links

does any one know of a site that sells stabilizer links and sway bar bushings for the 2nd gen? would my local parts store be able to get them or are the a dealer item?

by stabalizer links, do you mean the end links on the sway bar...and are you asking for front or rear...?

when i am looking for a polyurethane kit for my car i usually come across some rubber ones....i'll see if i can find them

yes, i am talking about the end links, the front and back ones. and the sway bar bushings as well.

End links can be bought virtually anywhere...the entire link is sold as a sway bar repair kit. As for the rears, only one end of the link has replacable bushings...the large, round end on the sway bar itself in rear has no replacement...you could cut it all out, and fill it, like we do with the motor mounts, though...

the actual mounting bushing to the chassis are a PITA to find - I just took an old one to Autozone, and matched it up with one of the universal poly units they sell...

Should be able to do the same for the rears...
