I did manage to put a wire brush to that peice on the intake manifold..it looks a little better I guess...

2X12'' Q-Power Silver Series w/ Boss Riot 850 Mono amp (It's ok for how much I paid....100 for all of it NIB) got the bandpass for free.

MAF adaptor, diffrent MAF sensor, Modified intake, Coolant bi-pass, Blocked EGR, new heads, waterpump, unbolted ecu so i can just pull it out from under the seat instead of removing the seat... cheap high flow air filter, exhaust leak, and you can't forget the fuzzy dice and steeringwheel cover.

I don't want to modifiy the appearance of my Maxima too much, I love the way it is, I just want a drop with some better tires, oem centercaps, tint, front lower air dam with oem foglights. Oh and I also want one of those SE steering wheels...those are so hot.

I'm not going to be doing much else performance wise except for highflow cat and new custom cat-back exhaust with a magnaflow. In about a year I should have a fully built VG30ET. Car will still look stock with a fmic painted black

alex...How did you block off the egr? What did this help with? the reason I ask is because I rang one of my studs off a while ago so I am sure I have a leak around the gasket since only one side is tight...I am just wondering what benifits/problems come from blocking the egr and how you go about it. Thanks.

When I bought the car it had all of the egr stuff removed, It had the egr tube that goes to the intake just exposed, so I threated a broken sensor I found in the trunk into the tube to block it off and removed the horrible front exhaust leak. It didnt really do much, I just posted it too to make it sound like I've got alot of mods lol.

I'll post up pics of the egr shortly.

I went to pick a part today and found my future steering wheel and front lip (OEM Air dam)

The SE steering wheel looks like this (my picture is horrible I'll post it too)

Air Dam

I'm also looking into finding 4 good OEM mudflaps I may go to the dealership for them, along with oem key and some other misc.

This makes me want to cry,

I have got to do something about this. It did not even have a radio or the top half peice when I got the car. I am looking for the original radio for me to cut and re install. And that fan there is my a/c since my a/c does not work neither does my blower motor (haven't gotten around to looking at it because im 6'0 250lbs and do not fit too well under a dash)

Good luck on finding an air dam that is in good condition from the junk yard. The steering wheel you have a better chance at finding and being in a good condition.

I have some OEM mudflaps. I have 2 for the rear, let me check about the front ones. I bought brand new ones when I used to work at Carmax for my car about 4 years ago. The Parts guy and I were cool so Id have a list and he'd search for me. Look for some at a junkyard. I did that at first and they may be dirty but after cleaning the grit and dirt off of them, shoot, you got some good lookin mudflaps then.

So, where is the other piece to the article you have there? I see it wasnt done. Its fascinating what they say about our cars when they were brand new.
