Injector recall ?

Did the first or second generation Maxima's ever have an injector recall program like the Z's?

Not sure..I'd say try contacting Nissan..1800nissan1, not for sure if they'd have anything like that readily available..but i'm sure they would have SOMETHING

Bosch makes good stuff. Shortly after I bought my '84 the
car got a much needed tune up with Bosch plugs, wires &
a quality rotor & cap.

If I'm not mistaken the 1st gen's FI system was sourced
from Bosch right?

Yes. It is Bosch L-Jetronic FI, but you should be using NGK plugs - the L series engines run better with the NGKs than Bosch.

Wow... really? I'll make sure to go to NGK when I do my next
tune up. For now the car runs great with the BOSCH.

I love how the 1st gen. Maxima combines the ancient and
"obsolete" witht he modern and cutting edge. (for 1984)
