More progress. Pics.

Here are some Pics of my maxima and the progress I have made on my Turbo setup.

Still don't have my 300ZX T3 yet, waiting to go get it. Right now im using a messed up turbo from the junkyard to get all my piping setup right.

Just got the Z31-T Fuel pump installed... that was a pain. Injectors go on tomorrow. After that I should have my ROM programed and installed into the ECU to make up for the injector size and maximized fuel and timing maps.

Im also powdercoating a bunch of stuff on the car tomorrow, like the valve covers and plenum cover, as well as my Blow off Valve and BOV pipe.

That's what I had in mind, alot like you'r setup. Hard part is finding that scoop, I have one on my Z, but im keeping it there. I gotta make a baffle around the intercooler, cause it has some weird angles to the outlet, so I have to keep it at an angle, so im going to use some lexan to make a box around it, connecting it to the scoop. If I dont do that, I will probably make a CO2 sprayer to cool down that intercooler. Eventually I should be getting a Methanol Injection system to keep it safe @ 10-12 PSI with 9:1.

I got my Boost gauge installed in my "custom" gauge pod. It looks really nifty, kinda hard to tell it was made out of 2" black abs pipe and epoxy. When it's sunny outside tomorrow, I will take some pics of it and post it. I need to find a way to dimm the gauge, cause it makes my dash lights look pathetic.

I started cleaning the car out today, and removing trim peices so I can paint them black. Im also going to buy several cans of the black spray "interior dye". I saw some people on a 240SX fourm use it, and they got good results. My light grey interior is too badly stained to try and remove any of the stains, so I figured it would be better to dye it black so I wont notice the stains.

I $%$(*%& HATE RODENTS!!! I went to grab my brand new Infinity 5 1/4" Kappa's from my storage shed, and mice had chewed throught the wires that go to the woofer!! M%*^$F*^&$%$!!!!!! Now I gotta try resoldering some new wire to the woofer... hopefully it works. I have 2 amps, and a 12" Earthquake sub thats going into the car, along with an active crossover. It should be nice. Going to do alot of custom work in the hatch to make everything look nice.

That intercooler piping and fittings would be awsome. Post some pics, let me see what ya got.

Heres a pic of the Boost gauge at night time... Notice the dash lights vs. the gauge.
