Went out in the morning car wouldn't start. no power to the dash, ignition or lights. Checked fuses, fusable links, starter etc... will run if i turn on key and jump the starter and solinoid. Haven't checked computer. Could this be the prob? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

maybe the starter is shorting out, or the ground wire has broken or come loose some where in the ignition system. is there any sounds at all when you turn the key, or is it just like there was no bat. in the car.
If you get power anywhere along the system follow it componant by componant untill you find where the power stops.

Radio works, windows work, sunroof works. Nothing to the dash at all.
