heres mine

its a broken camchaft nub im glad that these are non interference engines or i would be in trouble as soon as the pipple busted ogg the cam gear grinded it into small peices so now i gotta get a new cam gear, and shaft so thats what ill be doing this weekend

Where did you get that these were non interference engines from?
The Nissan Quest version is but not this one. These from my knowledge are interference engines.

well if they were wouldnt i have some kinda valve problems, and would the crank not be able to spin fully when the timint belt is removed?

You can break a belt in an interference motor and not do damage. I've done it.

These are interference engines. Youre pretty lucky that there wasnt more damage done. Like Sarin said things could happen that would cause that to happen but you were lucky and they didnt. I know some people that had that happened to and they were fine. Unfortunately for me, while driving to a junkyard with a friend just to see what we could find for his 240sx my tensioner gave out and $2500 and completely rebuilt new heads later. My car was working again. I was pissed.

I've seen that exact damage every time I've heard the "loose cam bolt" sound at the dealerships over the years.

I'd check the two exhaust valves with the shiny spots on them.

they both turned out to be bent!!

a sunday got the other valves to day from the yard for a buck each ill show pics tomorrow...
