Funny, the truth about AJ still hasn't sunk in. He's sent more cars to the crusher than I could ever think about doing. And its also funny that up until this point, i never saw those comments. I had no notice of any messages or anything. And besides, the car is ruined. I would expect someone of your caliber would be like "Let me buy it." But no, you bad mouth me and call me all this crap. That's bull dude. I never once disrespected you. And you want to go all gun ho and follow in AJ's footsteps? He's a complete jackass who only ever thinks of himself. He never paid me when I needed money, and has sent 2 cars I know of that could have been the best cars in the plant, sent to the crusher. The Beige 5-speed he bought a while back and then it suddenly disappeared. I watched it and the red corolla hatchback leave on a rollback to the junkyard. So dont for one second think that I didn't have the best intentions when I bought this car. I bought it for all the right reasons, and i was hoping someone would want to buy it off me because I can't fix it. The engine and trans are the only good thing left in it. So I asked for another car, and only one person pipped up. And then, without notice (of which i didn't see until now there were messages to me) the car was sold. Now the car is still sitting in my driveway and I am still searching for another Maxima. But for some reason, Diasiss, you honestly think I would crush this car? You are crazy. I have yet to have a car crushed. Not one of my cars ever went to the crusher of my own accord. If AJ says otherwise, it was because HE sent them to the crusher (ie the white and black corollas you see in the pictures were sent to the crusher). So don't for one second that I dont care. I wanted someone to STOP me from doing it. Nice job. You pissed me off instead. Way to go genius. AJ is a plauge. He cheats on every girl he has dated, lies to people to their face, I have seen it. He has lied to you as well, and still everyone likes him. If it does not benefit him in any way shape or form, he will not do it. It's nice to know that after all these years, he has yet to change his ways. And you didn't try to sell the car to me. You sold it before I could get the money together. Who's at fault? I'm not a thief, and I am not a freeloader. I proved that moving into the apartment on my own. I chose my own path. I am working on getting my life in order. And obviously, I don't do drugs, so jump off your high-horse about that right now.

So until I find another Maxima this one I own will sit in the back yard and not be run, because apparently, I am not worthy of fixing it in anyone else eyes.

Two (i have a picture of them side by side) 1988 Toyota Corolla FX. Sent to the crusher a few years back. One black with a 3-speed auto in it (Base Model) and a White 5-Speed with a sport package on it. Both are non-existent at this point. Since then I have had a 1987 Toyota Corolla FX16 GT-S 5-speed(the red corolla sent to the junkyard with the beige maxima that AJ had crushed) and then The one I just sold and never should have, 1985 Toyota Corolla Sport SR5 RWD 5-speed.

And the only reason he ever had any of them crushed was so he could make a buck.

In his lifetime ([AJ] he's 23 now) he has had over 30+ cars, and over 20+ motorcycles/mopeds/scooters. So yeah.

Well, he goes through them fast enough. (both women and cars). But anyway, I'm not one for crushing cars. And everyone seems to believe AJ over me at any given time.

 

i actually believed that he was actually for saving old imports and never crushing one, ive never met anyone that was like me that way. but if the Corollas really did get crushed, respect has gone downhill

 

Yep, had three FX Corollas crushed. Along with a Beige SE Maxima. An 88 Cressida he sent to the junkyard at Toyz because he didn't want to invest money in an automatic trans for it. A L or P Type Supra was recently sent off to the junkyard by him. And yet he's keeping his Volkswagens and his Honda instead.

 

a Cressida, honestly? you can swap a Supra 5spd and engine in it. and a Supra and a Maxima all along i thought he was rescuing and finding homes for these cars but i guess not

 

one big question why in hell would he send them off to the crusher for if he could get more monies for them if he sold them to ppl who wants the car/s .... all you get for a car from the scraper is like less the 400$ .... makes no sence

no kidding, the junkyard here gives you a couple hundred and there have been countless cars i would have given the owner $500-$800 for, particularly a 280z, 2nd gen Maxima, 810, Z31, and RX7 GSL.

but even if its just a Corolla, its a older import with potential still

Yes, everything I am saying is true. I have no reason to lie to anyone. And yes, I have a perfect memory about the beige se maxima and the red corolla being sent on a rollback to the junkyard to be crushed.

The hatchback is the corolla that managed to be crushed with the beige maxima. I am sure you remember it Diasiss.

Well the 200SX I had to give back, because the trade wouldn't have been right. It needed a lot of work to it versus the Coupe Corolla (the rwd black one). The red corolla is crushed by now and in someone's cell phone by now. I miss that 200SX. It outran AJ's 300ZX.

 

I like the AE86's but I'm not much of a fan of the fact that their power band is at the high end. But nice cars though

 

I loved my ae86, but I had to sell it, because I liked the maxima more, and i needed the money.

I'm really beginning to enjoy how this 'Jerry Springer' of who's who requires my presence even while I lay dormant. You see, Steven, since you assumed that I wouldn't reply, you could get away with blaspheming my name, while the end result is you continuing to look stupid. As far as the cars in question, I'll speak of their whereabouts. My '86 SE had an engine replaced and I've seen the gentleman on three occasions driving it around, locally. The two white and black Corolla's were hauled off the the junkyard in an instance that my apartment complex required them to. I posted information online in order to sell them and I even attempted to make the necessary repairs. However, I was out of work and could not stand the fine from the city. The red Corolla mentioned was sold, then returned and then sold for parts. A title was not obtainable and our DMV rendered the car unsafe due to excessive rust. The three Corollas on a last result basis. The Cressida was sold to the gentleman I bought it from and is currently owned by a good friend of mine. My black Supra is now owned by the same gentleman who purchased Diasiss' black Supra. My black '88 Maxima that broke a timing belt, I will admit I almost junked. However, a lady who worked there had a wrecked automatic 2nd gen with a good running engine and bought it to use her's for parts.

Every other car I've owned was never in danger. I wanted everyone hear the truth from the horse's mouth before believing hersey from someone else. Please remember, gentlemen, that I AM out for these car's best interests and I can give follow ups on all these cars accused of being crushed with respect of the Corollas, if necessary.

 

alrighty, dont want to get OT but a old school car is a old school car lol

a few weeks ago i was walking to a doctors office 2 minutes from my place and i took a alley i never take, and behind one house theres a 1st gen Toyota Cressida. didnt take pics, but its dark brown, drivers door has eaten through rust, some surface rust on the side, drivers tires are flat, and interior is horribly ripped/sunbeaten. automatic as well, dont know if its the I6 or I4 version. theres wood pallets laying against it, bushes growing around the passenger side, and a 12ft piece of airduct laying on its roof.

i have wanted a RWD drift car for a while and have no room to store it myself, but i was thinking of offering on it and asking if i can keep it on their property until i can get it running and get it towed away to another house of ours. i have no idea how much a 1st gen in that bad of condition is worth, but i know a member here asked someone about a 200sx in their yard and she gave it to him for free.

i was thinking about leaving a note on the front door asking if they would sell it, and to call me if they would. do these things go for alot/are they a collectors car or are they dime a dozen? reason im asking is i still have alot of work to do on my 3rd gen, and if these things still go for a few grand like older Z's in poor shape do, i wont look like a idiot and offer. if i could get it for $500ish i would be good

Cressida is a tough car to own...you would be better off driving a Supra or Celica since Cressidas are by and large unpopular,low after market support and can be hard to sell since the market for them is very small...

However they can sell for 5k IF you can find a rare Cressida enthusiast,but be prepared to wait a long time for a buyer...

BUT NOT FOR DRIFTING!!!!!!!!!! R U CRAZY!!!!

 

cressida's are nice when they are clean.. but if your willing to get one in bad shape they dont go for much. you can get them for like 300.. they are like the maxima and the engine bay is big enough for ant engine you wish... its all on how creative you can get and your ingenuity..

 

yeah i was figuring if its the straight 6 a RB20 or RB25 could be pulled off, or if its the straight 4 a SR20. biggest pro is i can do bodywork myself so i might see if they'll sell it

 

yep give it a shot .... it will be nice to see a toy with a Nissan hart in it... i was going to throw a note on their door today, but my 3rd gen started screeching yesterday. it was raining and slushy so i thought just a wet belt, but it was still screeching this morning. took it in, crankshaft pulley was wobbling like crazy so i need some new crankshaft parts, $500 total in repairs. will still leave a note soon though once i get some more cash, want to get my 3rd gens exhaust done again as well

was looking on local ads and found this, 1990 240sx with 50,000 original kilometers, has been parked since 1995 and theres no rust. $500 obo, looks cool but needs a ton of work, engine and tranny are apparently good

I've got one too....83,000 original miles...taking her to my mechanic in two weeks for new timing belt, water pump, alternator, hoses, belts and a tune up...absolutely love this car!

 

I hope so because if those timing belts break on those cars it WILL destroy your engine! and they MUST be changed EVERY 60K
