I used Valvoline's Carb and Throttle Body Cleaner on mine, it comes in a gold can. Wait until the car is cool before you start cleaning cause even the throttle body can get kind of hot. In order to clean it, you have to disconnect the air intake hose from the throttle body. Be careful that you don't get any dust or dirt inside the hose whenever you remove it from the throttle body. To clean the throttle body, just spray the cleaner inside of it and most of the black carbon deposits will just run off with the cleaner. You can open up the throttle by pulling on the throttle linkage cable to clean inside there. Use a clean rag to wipe off some of the remaining carbon and wipe the edges of the throttle flap too. I don't know if you can clean the whole way into the manifold, I doubt that it's really necessary anyway. Whenever you're done, just reconnect the air hose, make sure it's a really tight fit or you could have some problems running your car. It's really easy, there's only one screw holding it on. The car may sputter a bit when you first start up due to some of the throttle body cleaner being inside of there, but it'll burn off and your car should run okay afterwards.
