Horns gone bad???
Do horns go bad? Could a bad horn cause the horn fuse to blow every time the horn is pressed? Would it also take out the keyless entry keypad lights? I've been studying the FSM and it's kinda hard to determine if bad horns would affect the keyless entry but it seems plausible. I'll press the horn, horn blows for a fraction of a second, then the fuse blows. Keyless entry lights won't work, security light won't flash. Anyone have a similar issue?

Make sure the horns are grounded correctly I'm sure of the location on this vehicle also if you have two horns play around with then unplug one at a time to determine if both work. DO NOT UNPLUG AND PLUG BACK IN WITHOUT TAKING THE FUSE OUT IT WILL BLOW p.s horns can go bad mine did on my 5th gen

My Fleetwood has the 4-note horn and it's spectacular--great sounding horn--the best I've had on a car. And it's loud...I think it really scared one person as I saw them jump a bit before quickly veering back into their lane!
