Help with fixing 88' Digital display.

The display on my 88' was not reading speedometer or just turning off outright, It responded to going over bumps (and percussive maintenance) So id reckon something is loose but I havent the slightest idea where to look to find the problem. Thanks!

Sounds like a bad solder joint somewhere. A multi meter is your friend. Pull the cluster and test continuity using a repair manual
