Hi Forum,

I am trying to drain the fuel tank of bad gas on 88 Maxima SE, the Haynes manual does not cover the process at all, I found a few post on the Gen 3 forums about hot wiring the fuel pump but the next question would be how to remove the rear seat to get to said fuel pump, does anyone have any documentation on this process?
Edit: found the seat removal process in the Haynes manual(had to look up fuel pump removal which had a note where to find seat removal under the body section) I am now looking at what I assume is sound deadening mats as I can see no fuel pump as of yet.
