Hey guys I have been searching high and low looking for a decent condition 87-88 SE model 5spd. I'm out of New Mexico, I am looking around Colorado, Arizona, Utah and Nevada, that I'm willing to travel to get the car, I'm looking to shell out no more than 1500 bucks.

 

yea I haven't seen very many around these parts, other then my 2nd gen I think I have only seen like 3 other 2nd gens

 

Have you researched to see if perhaps a 3rd gen tranny might bolt up?

 

i havent found anything, since it seem like it getting much harder and harder to find, they ended up in the junk yard because not a lot of people keep them and also being aware that there's not a lot of aftermarket support on those cars for replacement cars which can be tricky too.
