alright... the other day i flipped down the storage compartment door [located under the stereo], and it worked fine, i flipped it up and it sounded like a spring popped off of it and now it wont stay up.. does ANYONE know how to fix this? do i have to take off half the dash to get to the spring that i dont even know is there? if i dont figure this out soon.. my mom is going to flip, she already told me she wouldnt stop being ****ed off at me until i fixed it. i know how to remove the stereo.. as i do installation.. but i dont feel like taking it all off if i dont have to, thanks everyone!

 

ehh i just took off all the trim, and found out the spring snapped the plastic... off to either call team nissan and pay 300$$ for a new storage compartment, or to a junk yard.... who knows..
