BMW Headlights

i was just wondering i know there are 2 lights in the bmw headlights thats everyone is putting on..but i have never seen a picture with the inner circle lit up. how does it work ? is the low beam the outer circle and the inner one is high beam or do they both light up for high beam. an answer from someone with the mod would be very helpful.

If you hook up stock, you will have low beam on the outside and high on the inside. I had it wired up with relays and wiring to have it that the high beam is both on. I also had to wire up Daytime driving light special

I'm just using some sylvania 9005 and 9006 bulbs (which are stock for the E36 lights). The lighting is greatly improved over stock - low beams are much better and high beams are incredible

for more info on the conversion, check out www.geocities.com/bmwconversion

thanks for the compliment
