Monster Flow vs. K&N

I know that Place Racing has switched to the MonsterFlow air filters on their CAI's. I read their write up. Cattman (who now also makes 3rd Gen CAI's) also uses them. Anybody ever used one of these? Better yet, anybody switched from one to the other and can talk about both.?

Thanks
