mine idles rough when in D or R, but semi-smooth in N or P. I think its either bearing clearances or bad o2 sensor on mine(going to test the 02 sensor theory over holidays)
Iv done plugs-wires-dist. cap-rotor button-fuel filter-PCV valve. and it didnt make any difference in idle quality. Not to say someone else wouldnt have different results..just my experience.

my idle..
yea, mine idles rough also in drive. After sitting at stoplights for a while the vibrations get so annoying i often put it into neutral where it idles smooth. I havent gotten anythign replaced to try and fix it though, no money! This summer I'm gonna do the O2 sensor tho because I am barely getting 300 miles to a tank.

rough idle
Check your fuel pressure regulator. It's there to enrich your mixture on acceleration, and it is vacuum controlled. If it's malfunctioning, it will give the engine too much fuel pressure resulting in a too rich mixture and rough idle.
