No power on full tank.

Ok, I know it is not a weight thing. I know the car would accelerate faster with a half a tank rather than with a full. Here is the thing, the motor does not pull as hard with and it also kind of cuts in and out, with the loudness and high reving rpm but no pull, it also shifts low when accelerating on full tank. Once it gets to anywhere in between a half a tank and almost empty it is very strong (well stronger than with anything over a half tank). Anyone know what this may be? I still have that damn gas smell too...but I think that is something different like the fuel filler tube, which I need to go down and have fixed but I am too lazy to wait at the dealer all weekend. Please let me know what you think the problem may be. I have searched and looked in the FSM and can not come to a conclusion.

I hate to tell you this but its a weight thing. My car does the same thing. Once it gets to a 1/4 tank its on driving and pick up on point. Its the weight, itll always have an effect on the cars performance and Acceleration. The gas wont weigh the same when full or at half/ Less fluid less weight better performance

i personally dont really notice a difference in performance on a full tank vs near-empty tank
