Suspension and some other questions

Ok my first question is--
Iv heard of people filling their motor mounts with urathane(sp?) or something like that...how do you go about doing that? Im interested in doing that, and also for my lower control arms i was thinking when the rubber part in the front tears up, that maybe i can make my own heavy duty bushings out of the same stuff.
Also...i think i heard something before about needing a special tool to do the back struts on a 3rd gen...would i need this if im just installing springs or is that for replacing the strut cartrage?
Sorry for all the q's but im fixing to do a lot of work to the suspension and rubber parts on my max

If I'm correct....
Energy Suspension, is working on them now!! and these will be "pre-made" inserts unlike the current method in which you have to do all the complicaed sh*t yourself, as for price and all that, I can't say, but they run $20-30/per for some Hondas and Mitsus @ Jegs.com, a couple others on here know about this too, wait for some more in-depth feedback cause this is all I know....
