?grill?
The only "legitimate" aftermarket grill for 3rd gen's that I know of is from Stillen. Otherwise, GrilleTech makes a grill insert. And any number of .org members have modified their grills. Off the top of my head, Kaleb, Brandon, Matt (I think) have done it. A search under "grills" might yield better results.

I HATE MY GRILLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- im thinking of putting it in a oven and heating it up so i can remold it!
but i did my grille in 2hours.... if you want your so look good , spend like 8 hours on it, take your time do every thing right and use all the right tools*pics of my bad grille are on my homepage*
you can do it yourself by cutting all of the supports and cross bar things out. then sanding it down, paint it and insert whatever you want. you can order mesh inserts online, some steel manufactuers have mesh steel available, or you could go to home depot and get an 87 cent gutter guard and put that in there. i actually did one like that and it turned out really good.

89-91 grilles dont take to customization too good. 92-94 is really needed. People say you can do a mesh grille 'cheap' and 'easy' and blah blah, but you really cant. I use primer, sealer, color coat, clear coat, mesh, JB weld, red putty, filler, other miscelaneous stuff and a week of cut up hands.
I dont just cut out the bars and slap mesh on it. There's actually quite a bit of shaping/forming to be done. Then I actually add in plastic to the grille frame. Those of you with mesh grilles will know about those 4 spaces cut-out in the top of the grille frame. It's not pretty.
I fill all that in using plastic from the cut-out bars. Cut it to fit, plastic weld it, fill the imperfections, sand, fill, sand, fill etc etc.
I use no 'insert'. Mine is pretty much one piece. You probably couldnt even tell it's non-factory if you were looking at it up close in person. Pictures dont do it justice.
Then it's sand and paint over and over till it's flawless. Not near as easy and quick as people say to get it done good. I think this is quite evident by the abundance of crap 'mesh grilles' you see.

It's not really that hard, it doesn't take a genius by any means... you just have to take your time that's all. Anybody with any sort of artistic inclination could do it no problem. But yeah, cut up hands are a given.

Or if anyone knows what I'm talking about, you can post it.
Just to follow up on what I said about Stillen making a 3rd Gen grille, go look on their website, under the ground effects. If it's at all possible to blow up the pic, you can see the grille that they used to offer but now don't.

If it's a 94 grill, you should stick a screw driver in to the front of it through the fins. There is a plastic screw. Turn it 45 degrees in any direction. That should release the tabs on the other side. You have to turn them so that the tabs are square with the slot they stick through. That probably doesn't make sense, but if you go out and look at it, it will. I tried just squeezing the tabs from the other side so that they would go through, and ended up breaking the grill
