I guess this is goodbye....

Well, all I have ot do is sell the Max now. I went out yesterday and bought my dream car, Lexus GS 300. Not brand new but still a Lexus GS 300. It's a 1999 with 70,000 miles. And it runs so smooth. I will not be doing anything to this car,no ground effects, no rims, no tint. I may put the "Gap Band" (4 12" subs) in the trunk but that's about it.

But I just wanted to give a big thanks to Matt, James, & Craig and everyone else (sorry if I didn't name you) who has helped me along when I had problems with my Max. Now I have to find a Lexus Forum and hopefully it will have wonderful people like you guys (and I mean everyone, not just Matt, James and Craig) in here.

Like I mentioned in another post, my max is for sale and it does need work. I am asking for $2000.00 and you get everything with it EXCEPT, the Gap Band. I have to take my subs and the amp with me. But there will be a am/fm/cd Sony flip face head unit in it. I forgot the model number. But the Sony cdx600 mp3 player is coming out and will be replaced by the Sony flip face.

If you are interested, let me know. swallace@sc.rr.com

It's a shame you have to get rid of the max, it definitely stands out. Hope it finds a good home and someone else to take care of it.

As for the lexus, try www.clublexus.com it seems to be a pretty good site

good luck

Good luck Sidney..

I'm probably going to do the same in the next 2 years or so. I have another car, a '90 Legend (father useed to own it), and it runs like a top.. Other than the VTC's, my Max has been flawless. Now I'm getting in the mood for something newer..
