Hissing/Rattling noise

Hissing/Rattling noise
I can't determine the sound exactly, but it seems to be a combination of both. Noticable during idle and in between 1k and 4k rpms, during acceleration. Seems to be in the vicinity of the control lever. Exhaust leak? Any ideas?
