Well, you wouldn't notice gas spots on your driveway because it evaporates so quickly. Just look under your hood and see if you can find where the smell is coming from. Check your gas lines, injectors, and there should be 2 hoses on the fuel filter, one on top and one on the bottom. Good luck!

check your filler tube. U might have a cut in the rubber hose next to the filler tube.

most likely your fuel lines "into" the motor have small hairline cracks in them due to age. during the cold months the lines harden and cracks become more pronounced thus the smell becomes stronger...change the under hood fuel lines and I bet your smell will be gone. if I'm correct the filler tube leak is more obvious, since it will leak as it you fill the tank, thats most likely not your problem though.

When you buy the new fuel line, be sure to specify that you need fuel injection hose. Regular fuel line won't cut it. Also, the line size is 5/16 (8mm) Mine was about $5.00 a foot at Auto Zone.

Yes, he did. What a guy. Apparently, he has been hanging around the other boards. There are some VERY knowledgable people there...
