I was in the salvage yard this weekend and I came across a 91 or 92 max that was a dual cam 24 valve engine. Anyone know if this is a stock option and what the model number of the engine is?... Just curious

it can't be a 91 since the 24 valve engine was only offered in the 92-94 SE trim level for the 3rd gens.

Hey, so do I! Tell me, can the rear motor mount be removed w/o removing the y pipe, perhaps with an impact wrench?

Let me know how it goes. I have new mounts on order and hopefully they will arrive this week. I think I am going to keep it simple and just stick with the OEM mount.

aiight. i havent got money to buy the mounts brandnew so I figured I'd pull mine, fill em, let them sit for a week and a half and cure and then put them back on. Never done this before...dont even know where to jack the car up from lol. But my friend's helping me out. Also need to get a chltons/haynes. I'll prob post pics when I'm done.
