I have noticed that when it occasionally gets cold down here in FL that when i first start my car my power steering just bogs and wil be difficult. This lasts for about 30 seconds and then its nice and smooth and nothings wrong. Today in school parking lot after the car was totally warm it started to breifly do it again.

I plan on checking for leaks, seeing if the belt needs tightning and if my fluid is low.

Any other suggestion if what i try does not work?

you may want to flush the PS if it's been a while.
