Re: how do you replace fog bulbs?

If you look on the back of the fog light housing there are two smaller screws holding it on. An angled screwdriver helps.

actually, it's easier if you use a socket wrench (10mm I think) to remove the bolts that hold the fog lamps to the area under the bumper. may take some force and WD40 to losen them up, but if you can get them off then you can pull them out a bit on the fog assembly before removing the screws on the back. makes it easier IMO

There are two sets of two 10mm bolts that are around the fog light. If you get under the car with an extension and a 10mm socket you are going to see two 10mm in the front which are the closest to the bumper and two 10 mm bolts in the back which are closest to the oil pan. The two bolts closest to the bumper are the bolts that hold the fog bracket to the car and the bolts closest to the oil pan are the bolts that hold the fog to the bracket. The bolts closest to the oil pan are the ones you want to loosen and remove. Once you loosen them and remove them the fog comes straight down, all you need to do now is to remove the connector in the back and the fog becomes free. Then you will see two phillips screws, remove them and hold the glass part with one hand that the casing with the other and pull and then you should be able to see the bulb and change it. Make sure that you don't touch the bulb, it will last longer. Good luck!

When I went to put in new bulbs my lenses fell off and a crap load of rust fell out. So when i went to replace the fog lights one of the holes the 10mm bolt threads into was striped and there was a nut welded to the other side. Well the weld broke and the thing just spun. Try takeing a hacksaw blade and try cutting one off by hand.
