Is it worth replacing...

I just find out my 92 GXE with 112000 miles had problems need to be fixed, but I don't know if it's worthwile:

lower joint or bearing or strut (making noise on uneven road especially while turning left or right on the road)
thermostat and sensor (water temp drops)
sweating on the Tranny (Auto)
Antena is broken

I don't know how much, $500?
