Lowering Springs

Alright guys, I need a lot of help on this, what is the best lowering spring with the best drop at the most reasonable price? Should I go with Intrax or Sprint? I'm maybe even considering Eibach's, but, I want something lower than that?

Re: Lowering Springs

Eibach = awesome handling
Sprint/Intrax = Drop and lesser handling

A lot depends on what you are going for. If you are going for ride/comfort or handling then the majority of people here will say eibach if you are going for show or just want a bigger drop then Sprint/Intrax. I personally like how Chris's max sits on Intrax and I have heard of some peoples Sprints sagging in the rears(some not all). Also I believe the Intraxs are around $210 where the Sprints run around $144(SWA Prices)

What's wrong with your sprints? Aren't they a lower drop, so won't they look more slammed.

Well, Sprints are 1.8, while Intrax is 1.75. Therefore, you aren't gonna see much difference, but Sprints should be lower. For some reason, most people with Intrax sit lower than me, so I dunno what's wrong with mine.

Well I'm still debating between sprint or intrax. I search and see so many pros and cons about both, so it's still hard for me to make up my mind. I'm going to be running on 225/45/17 should that be a problem for either of the springs?

You know that banner that usually comes up on the top for Southwest Autoworks!? If anyone can tell me what type of springs this max has, I will by them, no questions. That is the nicest sitting max... no, nicest sitting car I have seen!!!

Klownpr also has sprints...

seems like each max that has sprints looks different in terms of drop..

It's a decent drop, relatively low. I just wish it was a little bit lower. Maybe we will get coilovers or bags one day, hehe.

BTW, my surpise comes in tomorrow via UPS.

Your drop looks good. Just enough space if you decide you want some 18"

That car color and a Black Ice finish would go so well together!!!
