motor mounts, diagnosis

Hey guys, I did a search on motor mounts and got some helpful info, but I need your help. Is there a way to tell which mounts are bad other than looking at them. (1992 Max SE Auto)
This is what happening to my car:
In (P)ark-some vibration not too bad, the same in (R)everse and
(N)eutral
In (D)rive - thats where the trouble starts.

does it pay to change all four? when one might be bad?
I read the posts about filling them that sounds great, but i really
don't have the time for it and plus I need to drive everyday.
Any suggestions? Thanks

I think filling them is the best way to go. If your going to fill them then you really should replace them all. If your worried about the down time then try and find a set from a junkyard. They dont have to be in great condition to fill them...the old mount really just acts a a mold.
