Well after 3 1/2 years with my beloved Maxima I am getting rid of it. My transmission just recently died and my motor is just about shot. Need new rings, burning oil and leaking oil too. The motor had high miles on it already (174,000) and spraying wasn't helping. After discussing it with the wife we have settled on a 2003 Jetta 1.8T Should be quite nice driving a turbo with 4 doors. Take care guys..

Enjoy the new car! You should of at least kept the old max as a beater car. I kept my 93SE as a "mileage car" and got my 99SE as my "project fun car".
