I've seen one 3rd gen model on ebay but it was ugly and didn't look to scale.

What scale are you looking for?

As far as 300ZX I know Tamiya made one in 1/24 scale. I got one off of ebay, a Z32 TT

I have never found any Nissan model cars except for the Skyline (which I already have). I have been looking for a 300ZX TT and have yet to find out. So your saying they sell Z TT models in grocery stores?? Damn, I've been all around town and still have found any Z models! arrghh
